How it Works:
Before you start, please check all the conditions below that are required to claim our Price Match Promise.
Fill out the contact form below. The enquiry must include the URL link of the online shop you wish to price match.
Our customer service team will get back to you within 48 hours via email.
Which online retailers or items can be matched?
- The online retailer must be an authorised reseller
- The online retailer must sell within AU & NZ
- The online retailer must not be in closing down, an outlet store, or a market place
- The item must be identical with the exact same model number (Unique Product Code) as the one found on our online store
- The item found at a lower price must be authentic and not used
- The item must be in stock on the online retailer's website and our own online store and must be available for immediate purchase
What else do I need to consider?
- The policy applies only to single items and not to free gifts, product bundles or promotion packs that include more than 1 items (e.g. a promotion pack with 2 watches at the price of one is not covered by our Price Match Promise)
- The price we will match is the advertised price that is displayed on the other official retailer's online store and does not include promo codes
- The price match cannot be combined with any other promotion
- We suggest taking a screenshot of the watch at the discounted price, which includes the time and date of the screenshot, in the rare instance that the price changes prior to our team looking into your request
