Which online retailers or items can be matched?
- The online retailer must be an authorised reseller
- The online retailer must sell within AU & NZ
- The online retailer must not be in closing down, an outlet store, or a market place
- The item must be identical with the exact same model number (Unique Product Code) as the one found on our online store
- The item found at a lower price must be authentic and not used
- The item must be in stock on the online retailer's website and our own online store and must be available for immediate purchase
What else do I need to consider?
- The policy applies only to single items and not to free gifts, product bundles or promotion packs that include more than 1 items (e.g. a promotion pack with 2 watches at the price of one is not covered by our Price Match Promise)
- The price we will match is the advertised price that is displayed on the other official retailer's online store and does not include promo codes
- The price match cannot be combined with any other promotion
